Listing, selling, negotiating, marketing, staging, problem solving and managing a successful team is what makes Susie one of the top in her field in St. Louis and St. Charles counties.  She has won top awards and has consistently built her business through a strong network of business and satisfied clients.  Susie began her real estate career in 1997.  She’s been a member of CBG Presidents Premier from 2000 to the present.  Susie is a certified marketing specialist,  relocation specialist and certified previews specialist (luxury home market). She is on the Board of Directors for Youth In Need.  She was the first President of DARE St. Charles and continues to volunteer for many organizations.  She lists, sells and negotiates in addition to managing her team of 9 licensed agents to maximize customer service and sales.  She has spoken nationally at top agent conferences including Chicago, Las Vegas, Cincinnati and Naples as well as local conventions.
